Train side-by-side with the TCB's powerhouse fight team, which includes all levels of state, regional, national, and world champions at both the amateur and professional levels of Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and MMA.

Our adult and kids training programs includes extensive combat conditioning with elements of Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Wrestling, and more!
